Efficient service from great staff! No complaints.

I have generally never trusted insurance companies, for various personal reasons. However, after a close friend's dog went through extensive medical problems and they lost her (the dog), I knew I needed to cover my fur baby. These friends had (and still have) cover with dotsure. During their experience, dotsure was incredible. Due to this, I knew I had found an insurance company I could trust with cover my fur child. From the first phonecall, it has been nothing but pleasant. Their staff are patient and friendly, and answered the thousands of questions I had. My most recent experience was needing to update my policy address. I reached out via Whatsapp, and was quickly helped my Nolundi Nofemele. The process took less than 10 minutes, without any issues, and directly after I received my updated policy. I wouldn't say I look forward to my first claim (for obvious reasons!), but I have no doubt that it will be seamless, as with each interaction I've had with dotsure thus far.
