Efficient service
Within a couple of days of receiving my claim for animal surgery I was contacted by Lauren Villet of DotSure pet insurance who clearly explained that my claim would be settled with deduction of an excess. Today, 4 days after the procedure, the payment is in the bank. Hats off for speedy and efficient service
