I am absolutely blown away by the fast and efficient way my enquiry was handled. I requested a quote online and within 30mins, a bubbly, kind, gentle, and friendly lady by the name of Jodi Muller made my day. Jodi was attentive to my need for clarity about the pet cover, I could hear that she understood that our little Dash is part of the family.

I am also so happy that I have access to Jodi whenever I need her, I process my claims with her via email and I have her direct line number if I have any clarifying or concerning questions. It's calming to know that our worries and care for our fur babies, are mirrored by our Insurance company.
