Great service from Claim Administrator by the name of Verity. She listens, make follow ups and keeps you on the loop with what is then happening. I have always had great from her, it's unfortunate I had to switch due to increased premiums. But otherwise, Verity is holding that claim department with her hands. 😂 LOL. 😂
