Efficient and friendly service
Dotsure quickly approved and paid out my claim for an unfortunate injury to my dog. Note to clients: Remember to take photographs as evidence to support your claim. Their sales consultant, Sunica Geldenhuys, followed up with a friendly call about adding their Excess Buster and Funeral Support offerings to my policy. She also quickly solved a minor detail on the existing policy for me. I am impressed by Dotsure's service and recommend their pet insurance offerings.
