Efficiency with Heart: The Dotsure Way.
Emihle Klaas was very efficient & the claim for my cat’s vet bill was made almost immediately it was submitted. Subsequently I was sent a get well card for Wednesday ( Not Feline Well) to check that she was feeling better. That I regard as caring & going the extra mile in customer service. Thanks to Emihle & Grace Radebe Dotsure strikes a rare balance- efficiency with a distinctly human touch.
