Easy to sign up, difficult to cancel

Signing up for pet insurance with Dotsure is very easy and seamless, however, once you wish to cancel it is a whole different story. Been trying for 2 months now, all whilst still being charged. I was able to remove 2 of my pets on line and emailed to ask how to remove the last and how to cancel, with no response. Then miraculously the removed pets are re-instated so I remove them again.... I finally got a response this morning to ask for certain info in order to proceed with cancellation. I am really hoping that i will eventually come right but given some of the other review stories, i am worried.
