Easy to join, difficult to claim

I've been trying to call the company since 8am today the *** which i got from telkom just rang with no answer then cut off, the *** which i find on the their emails & even google does not exist. Reason for my call i want to cancel my insurance their service & benefits are not corresponding with the marketing they give. Last year i had to involved my lawyers to be compensated with the claim which they refused to pay, so am guessing even if i get involved in accident it won't be easy to claim unless you paying lawyers on the other side. Their contract does not speak the same as their service consultant its a long story but the problem is with the excesses basic & additional they are reaping us there, I've been reading the reviews that speak the same as mine.
