Easy to do business with!!

I took out DotSure pet insurance as my animals are getting clumsy in their old age. They only have accidental cover. I took out the insurance just in time. 3 days after taking out the insurance, my dogs ear "blew" up with haemotoma and had to go in for an op. Although the cover says no waiting period for accidental claims. I was worried that the claim was too close to the inception of the cover, I put the claim in anyway and They paid out!! No questions asked just superb service! I love that the claim can be done online and concluded via email! Well done Dotsure, You make it easy for a customer to do business with you!
