I don’t not recommend this insurance to anyone… bought my on the 20 October and I called them for insurance… I like them called other insurance companies and offered me something better. I called dotsure to cancel the insurance and they refused, convinced me they’ll give me better k on offer. A week later as I was driving I experienced hail damages and I called them. I was advised they fix the damages and they requested a quotation. Got a quote and sent it to them then they declined the claim saying I didn’t pay the premium. How, when I had so many deductions from them, some of the money they deducted I don’t even know what is it for? I got upset and requested to cancel the insurance immediately and refund me since they can’t assist with my claim. My phone was transport to the cancellation department for 30 minutes with no answer. I had enough. I am taking this matter with the Ombudsman.
