DOTUSE - ABOVE & BEYOND
I have been with Dotsure for about 5 years & have always received outstanding service. However, on my last claim, the Service Assistant namely, Glayvia Martin, went above & beyond my service expectations in resolving my issue, resulting in my claim being paid in full. Well done for Dotsure giving their staff excellent training in order for them to help your Clients in such a professional manner.
