I received a policy review from Dotsure for March 2020 , Increase based on recent 3rd party claim which is understandable but they have based their figure on a market value of R 189 000 for a 2018 model , a brand new vehicle 2020 sells for R184 900. I checked with the agents my book value is R 139 500. I spoke to Tina who promised to get back to me but never did until I phoned back late afternoon , she agreed that the policy would be R 462.00 per month , I asked her to confirm this in writing and she said she had already sent it. Todate I have not received any e-mail from her.
