Dotsure's inability to provide correct increase letters and constantly foul up their internal communication and systems is untenable. How you have not be sanctioned by the FAIS ombud is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.

10 Jun 2024, 17:39You sent another incorrect increase letter. Utterly clueless. Your system spits out a result and no one applies one modicum of critical thinking. Your inability to do something so simple brings into question your entire business. The FAIS Ombud can deal with you.
