DOTSURE.....SERVICE FAILURE
Shocking and exceptionally unprofessional. The one department does not communicate with the other. You can never speak to anyone when you have a claim "We will Call you back" They never do. Send you lots of "Tickets" to your email to say the dispute is closed when you have not even spoken to a claims consultant. This is for a car warranty claim. Heaven help my pet. Pretty useless moneymaking machine who cares very little about their clients
