Dotsure's Exceptional customer service

I've been with dotsure insurance for over 5 years and have received exceptional customer service from day 1. I've been stuck on the road a few times on different incidents.. 1. Tyre burst, 2. Ran out of petrol, 3. Car didn't wanna start due to flat battery and dotsure never waste time to provide assistance. I know I can always count on them when I'm on the road. From the 2 accident claims we made from 2 different cars insured with dotsure, the claim process was seamless and they were very quick to provide assistance and get my cars back in good condition. Dotsure staff are well trained and follows through on every request and enquiry. When phoning dotsure, I never have to hold for hours to get assistance. Very efficient and customer focused company who always deliver good service.
