Dotsure's customers service is faster than a beagle sniffing out his treat.
I want to give a massive compliment to Dotsure for EXCELLENT service!! Luke Quist assisted me before I took Elijah(Cat) to the Vet - He explained everything to me and even helped me with claim forms. This morning I submitted all of the documents for my claim to Tamran Jantjies and my claim got resolved within 30 minutes- WOW! I only have an accident plan for Elijah and Dotsure delivered 100% on their promise.
