#DotsurePetFans Going the extra mile

#DotsurePetFans I recently submitted two claims to Dotsure and the turnaround time for the claims process was incredible ! What I especially appreciated was that the claim was for my cat who was having gastro issues and suspected IBD. Dotsure then sent me a voucher for Hills vet prescription food which I thought was them going the extra mile and treating me and my cat as more than just a policy number !
