Very efficient. Lovely staff who are willing to assist with your furbabies and their best interest when coming to their healthcare and applying for pet insurance at an unbeatable price. I have been with Dotsure for a while now and both my furbabies are covered suited at a very decent price range. I regularly have checks with whether i am happy with the cover I receive, and if i wish to up my cover. I was recently recommended by Dotsure staff to cover for end of life which is very cheap and valuable when it comes to those little paws we care for. If your furbaby is sick, they send a ‘get well soon’ mail which makes me feel that Dotsure really does care for our fur children's health. Small details in their mails with the play on words is also a nice touch. I appreciate everything that Dotsure does for my furbabies and would 10/10 recommend as the number 1 service when receiving cover on pets.
