We've had a puppy who broke her leg and she had a big operation to have it fix. Unfortunatly she wasnt covered for it, but the agent whom we had to deal with was very simpathetic and absolutely very kind to us while she explained the whole reason for them not covering it. I was very sad but rest assured. we've been with this pet insurance for a long time and I will definitly recomend to every one.
