I submitted a claim after one in the afternoon and by 7 the evening the claim was done from start to finish. And out payment was received. I didn’t even have to do much on my part just wrote and email submitting the claim and there we go, all done! I was assisted by Arina Reyneke-Meyer and she was friendly and super nice. She gave me a call once I submitted the claim asking a few questions and there we go all done! I am very happy with their service over all, and my doggo even got a get better soon card the day after, it was the best
