DOTSURE...PATHETIC SERVICE
Disgusted in the way these call center agents speak to their clients. Easy to sign up but the worst company to have insurance with when you need to claim. First they sign you up and give you false info then they use their own incompetence and incorrect info their agents give you against you when you institute a claim. Why have insurance on electrical appliances if you are not insured for electrical failure, mal function etc. PATHETIC
