DOTSURE/OAKHURST - THE WORST INSURANCE EVER

I claimed for an accident that occured end of December 2018 and it took almost a month for Dotsure/Dotsure to respond. They rejected my claim on the basis that 'I was overspeeding on that section of the road', which I dispute because I wasnt moving at the 116km/hr which they claim. I wanted proof that I was overspeeding, I never got it. I also wanted proof that their devices both on my car and the tracker were calibrated and working 100%, I never received any of that. My car was moved by their panelbeater to about 120km from where I stay. Dotsure moved the vehicle 300km from where I stay and now they want me to go collect it from there!!! I have called them over 10 times requesting assistance and I'm told to hold until I run out of airtime or they tell me an agent will call me back, which never happens. What shocks me is, they called my wife and asked her if we have a relative in that town where they took the vehicle to so that they can leave it at my relative's place and I'll collect from there. It was my first time to claim since I started driving in 2008, but its the worst service ever!!!!!

Good Day, So, here is what happened after the above response from Dotsure. Their agent called me, asking me when I would collect my car from them. I told him that they took the vehicle that far, its their responsibility to bring it to me or at least to 120km frm where I am(which is also where the accident occurred. The agent said that their rule only say they tow the car for 80km, then the owner takes over. He also suggested that I can take a mechanic to collect and then he fixes so that I can drive the car. My question now is, if its as easy as that, why did the insurance then deem it uneconomical to fix the car? Why didnt they bring the vehicle to where I stay while they went on with their 'investigations' into the accident? To add salt to injury, he told me that should I not collect the vehicle, they would charge me storage for it. Really???? Insurance is risky but Dotsure is something else.
