Dotsure...not so sure.

22 Sep 2023, Notsure.co.za attempted to debit from my bank for a policy that I never requested or took out with them. I informed of you this on the very same day and requested that you refer this matter to your ***** or relevant department. Notsure.co.za kept on calling me a for a tracking unit, confirming debit dates but no one came back to me regarding the ***** query that I lodged with them. Instead I was sent policy documents and they then decided to cancel the said policy rather as it was to much effort for them to investigate how this happened. Its very disturbing that they would rather go the extra mile to sweep this under the carpet. Anyway thanks but no thanks I am not naming my price.
