Dotsure...looking for a reason to refute claim?

I lodged a claim for a geyser 4 days ago and the claim has still not been finalized. They sent out a plumber on day 1,electrician on day 2, who ended up knocking my main gate. On day 2 their claims consultant informed me that the initial installation of my geyser was done incorrectly. On day 3 I'm informed that the fault is due to loadshedding and my policy does not cover loadshedding. Is this to now refute my claim. Pathetic service. I would not recommend dotsure home insurance to anyone.
