DOTSURE=FRUSTRATION!!!
Dotsure deducts from my account after 2 attempts to cancel my policy. Now I have phoned for the third time. As usual none of the managers are available as they are in meetings. Oldest excuse in the book! After my car accident I should have cancelled my policy immediately after my car was repaired. DOTSURE IS ONE BIG FRUSTRATION!! PAY BACK MY MONEY PLEASE!!!
