#dotsurefamily,their service is exceptional, You get a call back from them within 10min to 15min after sending them an email/logging a call.The claiming process is easy and I have never been disappointed when submitting a claim.I have never experienced such tremendous service with any other insurance. Their premiums are low and yet you still get the best cover.
