My father recently passed away and I wanted to claim the funeral cover that was part of my life cover. I submitted a contact form online. Was contacted by Alma within two hours who was sympathetic and patient in explaining the documentation I needed. She sent me an email following our conversation again listing the required documentation. Once submitted it was Alma who then contacted me again saying my claim was approved and the money was paid in less than an hour. Brilliant service in what is the most difficult period of my life. Alma was kind and attentive. I loved the fact that she followed up on every step so I only had one person to talk to and no need to repeat the story to multiple people.
