I have been with Dotsure since 2018 and from day dot, no pun intended i have never had an issue. This morning i submitted a claim for my German Shepard puppy's vet visit and within half an hour i received confirmation that claim has been approved and will be settled. Big shout out to Rynhardt Groenewald Pet Claims Administrator - you guys are so awesome, you rock. In these dark days especially when most people have had their salaries negatively affected, you were super fast in reacting to have our claim reimbursed. Thank you!!!!
