Dear Mr. Tirmulagiri

We confirm that during the voice proposal on 23 May 2018 the consultant specifically explained to you what would be acceptable as proof of ownership and you accepted the policy on those conditions. We further confirm that on 09 July 2018 you were contacted by one of the claims consultants and you confirmed that you had not yet sent the required documents and would be sending them that same day.

We have received the quotation/damage report but have not yet received the proof of ownership. The affidavit you have submitted is not acceptable as proof of ownership and this was discussed with you.

We trust the above provides clarity regarding your claim.

Regards

Dotsure Resolutions Team
