Dotsure.co.za: worst insurance available in SA

Whatever you do DO NOT insure anything you own with Dotsure.co.za. Worst insurance company in the country. First they couldn't take down my address. I had to phone 4 times and my policy for car insurance had to be changed 4 times. Not even the 5th and final document had my correct address. Dotsure.co.za work with Netstar. I had endless problems with Netstar to come and fit a tracker into my car. They couldn't find me because the address Dotsure gave them was a mine dump, not a street address. After 15 phone calls to Dotsure and Netstar, somebody eventually arrived to fit my tracker just to tell me that they are supposed to fit a tracker into a BMW and I a have a Nissan bakkie in my garage. My insurance policy states clearly that I am ensuring a Nissan bakkie. Of course Netstar couldn't fit the tracker. I cancelled my policy with Dotsure with immediate effect. Now Dotsure have problems to refund me because my first debit order has already been paid. Ensure with anybody else but forget about Dotsure.co.za...the worst insurance available in South Africa.
