Dotsure.co.za WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT TO HAVE THEM AS MY INSURANCE COMPANY

Just another useless service from Dotsure.co.za again, they just have no idea how to look out for the customer needs at all. You submit your claim and then you will pay your excess on your claim, needless to say you have to pay for the damage assessment as well which you can't claim back, thus you pay for everything it seems (they would probably ask you to pay for the repairs as well if possible?), what's the use of having dotsure then? They send you an email not even specifying the required accreditation of the company to supply a damage report, neither do they even have a list of accredited companies that can provide you with this service. So once again, all the onus resting on the customer and what if you use someone they don't approve of, then you pay once again for another service (and once again you can't claim this as you pay the excess on top of this) How ridiculous is this....... I would never recommend Dotsure to any family or friend, NOT EVEN TO MY WORSE ENEMY! That's how bad the service, term and conditions of this insurance company call Dotsure really is! I discussed the whole issue with a call centre lady, she promised to send me more detail on mail, 3 hours later still nothing received.....
