DOTSURE.CO.ZA SERVICE
After joining them on my own terms some years ago, a friendly, professional lady Zoey, called me to explain that my pets were only insured for accidents. She explained the alternatives and answered all my questiones with great patience and superior knowledge of her business. The administrative department sent the renewed policy the next day and urged me to enquire if anything was unclear. Such service is exemplary and gives me peace of mind that my money is well spent on a worthy cause.
