I wanted to express my pleasure at dealing with Dotsure and the amazing staff there. Rachelle Fritz dealt with my claim fast, accepted all of the documents first time and within 3 days the claim was settled, bar an acceptable excess. It really is an efficient, cost effective, super friendly and easy to navigate the website. I would highly recommend them as an insurer for your pets.
