dotsure.co.za Pet Insurance Application Process
My review pertains only to the application process as I have not yet experienced the after-sale service provided by dotsure.co.za.
Jaen Boshoff was professional and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions well and ensured that I understood all the details of my policy (this was unusual and refreshing for an insurance company).
Jaen gave the impression that she genuinely cared about what was best for me and gave sound and considered advice on selecting the best policy for me.
