I’ve never done the process of insurance for animals, I was terrified that I wouldn’t get the help and explanation I needed. I was helped by Nazley Bruintjies, the BEST service I’ve ever received. To have someone do their job so well and still be so kind is rare to me. She explained everything however many times I needed. She was patient ,understanding and so helpful. She made my day just by being herself and being so helpful with every big decision I had to make. I won’t work with anyone else in the future because I truly believe you can’t get better than Naz.
