I requested a debit order date adjustment on my pet policy. Prompt response from Dotsure within minutes and literally within 5 minutes, Annemi du Plessis responded that my request was received and successfully processed. Wish more organizations and companies have such loyal and dedicated staff. A 5-star rating for this employee!!!! Keep up the excellent service!!
