I emailed my claim on Sunday night. At 8:58 on Monday I received an email from Dotsure Pet Insurance stating that my claim had been registered and at 9:02 I received another email from Wendy informing me that my claim had been finalised and that the amount owing to me would be in my bank account within the next 48 hours. However, to my pleasant surprise it was in my bank account that evening at 17:08. I call that excellent service! Thank you so much Wendy. You are a star!
