No matter what the problem is, whether to update personal details or to query a claim or just forward a general question to Dotsure, they are efficient, professional and quick on the draw. I updated my personal details this morning and within not even 10 minutes I received a call and soon after that an e-mail was addressed to me advising of my update. Their service is excellent and many other businesses should follow Dotsure, not only will their business improve but they will receive more clients! You go Dotsure, you rock!
