Very good service but I feel the sales pitch was scripted and we were forced to listen to it in its entirety. This is not the fault of Jackie Buni rather that of the training. Personally I prefer listening to a short pitch followed by documents being forwarded for consideration at my pace. At 74 the total pitch was confusing and I lost most of it
