Dotsure.co.za Customer Service - Chad Lewis
Just got pet insurance for our little family member and what a pleasure it was. Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Chad Lewis, really understands the customer and has a way of relating to the compassion we share for our pets. Real pleasure dealing with him, makes the process easy and explains really well. He has a lot of patience and is always accommodating. 5 stars and a high 5 Chad.
