Dotsure.co.za - Chane Jonker
Firstly, the dotsure.co.za website was very easy to use. Secondly, the online messaging with the available consultant (rebecca) took only 6min to respond to my message and a ticket was booked to make a phone call to me to help with my query. And Finally, Chane Jonker gave me a call to assist me effortlessly. She took the time to help me with my pet insurance. She was empathetic, kind and truly helpful.
