I was very unhappy and unsure about having a Policy with Dotsure.co.za. I have spoken to a couple of consultants @ Dotsure.co.za in the past year, and i was about to give up on them, for the mere fact, that, i was lost in the way of all explanations(One Company, Different Explanations}, regarding my Policy with Dotsure.co.za. Product Knowledge and lack of Customer Service, is what i incountered. However, just when i was about to cancel my Policy and my recent telephone conversation i had with Elizabeth Pretorius, she gave a whole new meaning and happiness and reason to be with Dotsure.co.za . Now i am a Happy Client(for the 1st time ever...)... Elizabeth Pretorius, I SALUTE YOU !!!
