DOTSURE - you missing the plot here, shocking!!!!

Be very careful what you are signing up to. I have been a Dotsure Client for the past 2 years. January 2024 my little fury boy picked up a problem and Dotsure paid some of the costs, which has been resolved. However, I phoned Dotsure to enquire to climb to the next plan which will be the top. I have been advised Dotsure will never ever treat this condition of my little fury child. Have you ever heard this.....It is not as if he had it when I enrolled to Dotsure, just recently. I could have put the funds in a saving plan and not having to deal with this ****.
