Dotsure worst insurance

Been with them for over a year now for my business and I honestly would never recommend them. Our consultant is nice and really tries to assist but the company itself is a *****. My first claim was left ignored and we struggled to get someone out to give a quote and now second round we put in a claim , they find a fault we do everything asked ,they drag it out purposefully so you claim is late. Then they need to question you like ********s and state they calling you all the time. You pick up their call and it's someone trying to make us add car or house insurance. Eventually days after picking up 100 unnecessary calls a Karen calls and asked what day did we notice , what day did it happen , I told her I don't have documents Infront of me I probably claimed a month or two ago by now . She says oh so is it 2 months ago? I lost it right then and there and told her straight that I am aware of how they are avoiding paying out due to the recent disasters and that they don't want to pay out or have no money to pay out. They might sit behind a desk all day remembering every day and every hour but I don't and can't understand how me not remembering exact date is a problem. At this point I don't want to waste another almost R800 a month(yes they are expensive)on this terrible company. They are not planning to ever help anyone with a claim.
