Dotsure worst experience and service ever!

We've been battling to finalize a third party claim for more than 5 months. The conultants are never available, when you call the 3 or 4 people that has been working on the claim, they are always off sick or on leave on that day. EVERYTIME they will log a case for them to call you back, but after numerous calls to them - not one call has been returned. This is the worst experience and service I've ever experienced from an Insurance company.
