Dotsure worse experience EVER

I would advise everyone thinking of joining Dotsure pet insuranve to NEVER EVER use them. They only pay claims they want and when you really need them they decline the claims. When you put them in a corner with questions your being sent from pilar to post and then just get the same ****ty response. "Well have a consultant call you back" "I'll look into that and get back to you" " I'll get someone from the claims department to phone you". All a waist of time and money. Rather save some money and pay for the vet yourself. I would rather NOT give the names of the 2 useless consultants that I've had this experience with. Regardless to say, that have lost business and will continue to loose business.
