dotsure with Mothusi Lusu

i recently took a policy with dotsure and i was FORTUNATE enough to receive a call from a gentleman from a gentleman by the name of Mothusi Lusu,

i'm usually not one for admistrative calls but this was a surprisingly pleasant call. He took his time in explaining the product, addressing my concerns and went back to answer further questions i had. Where i had questions beyond the norm he made the effort of going the extra mile to get additional information and consult so that i could be further enlightened. It felt like a very comfortable conversation rather than a strictly sales pitch.

After the call he was very patient when i had difficulties acquiring further paperwork and feedback which is something i really appreciated.

i'd honestly recommend the company based purely on this interaction.
