Dotsure wins again!

Marizel Bernardo was the person with whom I dealt at Dotsure. I was enquiring about a medical aid for my pets. As in all policies there are avenues of possibilities, and conditions to be met prior to claiming. Marizel patiently walked me through all of the above repeatedly since I am 74 years old & have limited short term memory space. I am very happy to give Marizel a shout out of thanks and to underline that Dotsure needs to retain workers who are as focused as this young lady.
