Dotsure will sell you dreams!!!

I have a motor warranty cover with dotsure. Signing up for the policy was all nice and well, very easy. On Wednesday the 1st of November 2023 I submitted all the required documents to make a claim. Yesterday, I got a from the assessor and he told me that my claim is declined because I am only covered for mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and the items that are reflected on my quote are "maintenance" issues. This is odd, cause when I joined this is not what I was told and sold. Mind you, I got a call, not even the decency of a formal report on an email. I just feel dotsure is a ****, every month with no compromise money goes off my bank account, and in time of need I am told that what I claiming for is not covered for, or what doesn't appear on the schedule in not covered for!
