Dotsure WhatsApp experience
used the Dotsure WhatsApp chat and received quick, helpful service from Annemi du Plessis.
She assisted me with removing one of my deceased pets from my policy and did so with genuine kindness and empathy, which meant a great deal during a difficult time.
I’m grateful that my other pet is insured with Dotsure, and when our hearts are ready to welcome another pet, I will definitely insure them with Dotsure as well.
